Bryan County

Bryan County will be accepting sealed proposals for the purchase of one 66,000 lb. GVWR 16-18 CY Dump Truck for on-off use by the Bryan County Public Works Department. All equipment furnished must be new and unused. 

Proposals are to be returned, sealed and marked "RFP Public Works", by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 2, 2017.

Proposals received after the specified date and time will not be considered. All proposals submitted must be FOB Bryan County Public Works.

The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities and technicalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the County.

Factors to be considered in making this award, if awarded, will be equipment, price, service locations, warranty and references. The County will be the sole judge of the weights given these factors.

Proposals will be opened in the conference room in the Commissioners meeting room in Pembroke, Georgia, on the hour and date specified above, local time prevailing. No faxed or emailed proposal will be accepted.

Prices quoted shall be firm prices and remain firm until delivery is made. If awarded, the County will place an order with the successful bidder within forty-five (45) days after opening.
