The mission of the Bryan County Board of Elections & Registration is to conduct accurate, secure, fair and accessible Elections at the City, County, State & Federal levels. Assisting all citizens with the voter registration process, allowing them to utilize their right to vote.
BOARD OF ELECTIONS NOVEMBER MEETINGS
NOVEMBER 8TH-Pre Certification Meeting will be held at 3pm at Commissioners Meeting Room at 42 N. Courthouse St. in Pembroke.
NOVEMBER 12TH-Certification Meeting. Due to a scheduling conflict the meeting will be held at the Elections Office at 4:00pm at 6024 US Highway 280 E., Pembroke.

NOTICE OF LOGIC & ACCURACY TESTING FOR ABSENTEE/ADVANCED VOTING & ELECTION DAY EQUIPMENT
Logic and Accuracy testing for the election equipment to be used for Absentee, Advance Voting and Election Day for the November 5, 2024 General Election will begin at 8:00 a.m. on September 12 and continue until completed. This testing is open to the public and will take place at the Bryan County Board of Elections and Registration Office located at 6024 US Highway 280 E., Pembroke.
CALL FOR GENERAL ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that the General Election for Bryan County will be held on November 5, 2024. All polling locations will be open and available for voting from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm on Election Day. Voters must go to their assigned polling location on Election Day. The deadline for voters to register to vote for this election will be on or before October 7, 2024. Applications for Absentee Ballots are currently being accepted and will be accepted through October 25.
Advance Voting will be held at the Harn Center at 91 Lanier St., Pembroke and at Richmond Hill Rec. at 508 Timber Trail, Richmond Hill. Voting will take place during the hours of 8:00 am until 5:00 pm beginning on Tuesday, October 15 and continue through Friday, November 1 and will also be held on Saturday, October 19 & 26 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Voter Registration Challenges
Some Bryan County residents may receive notices about challenges to their voter registrations. Please note, these challenges are not initiated by the Bryan County Board of Elections or its staff. Georgia law allows any registered voter to challenge another voter's eligibility.
A hearing will be scheduled for the challenger to present evidence. Until then, no actions will be taken. Challenged voters can attend but are not required to, and forms will be provided for voters to verify their status.

In accordance with O.C.G.A. Section 21-2-386 (2)(A), and SEB 183-1-14-0.7-.15, notice is hereby given that the early processing of absentee ballots cast in the General Election to be held in Bryan County on November 5, 2024, will be held at the Elections and Registration Office located at 6024 US HWY 280 E, Pembroke. The process of opening all absentee ballots will begin on October 31 at 9:00 am and will continue until completed.
INTENT TO TABULATE ABSENTEE VOTES EARLY
In accordance with O.C.G.A. Section 21-2-386 (2)(A), and SEB 183-1-14-0.7-.15, notice is hereby given that the process of counting all absentee ballots cast in the General Election to be held in Bryan County on November 5, 2024, will be held at the Elections and Registration Office. The process of tabulating all absentee ballots will begin on 4:00 pm at the Elections Office located at 6024 US HWY 280 E, Pembroke and will continue until finished. The final tally of these votes will not be completed and included in the final election tally until after the polls close at 7:00 pm.
COMPUTATION AND CANVASSING OF RETURNS
In accordance with O.C.G.A. Section 21-2-492, the computation and canvassing of all votes cast in the General Election to be held in Bryan County on November 5, 2024, will be held at the Elections and Registration Office located at 6024 US HWY 280 E, Pembroke, beginning after the polls close at 7:00 pm and continue until all votes have been counted. The Election results will also be at the Elections and Registration Office and available on the Secretary of States website at www.sos.ga.gov.

Per O.C.G.A. 21-2-198 and SEB 183-1-15.04 a Risk Limiting Audit will be conducted November 15-19th starting at 8:30am in the Board of Elections Office at 6024 US Hwy 280 E., Pembroke to reaffirm the Election results of the November 5, 2024, General Election.
