The Bryan County Community Development Department is responsible for reviewing development and site plans as well as administering the zoning and subdivision regulations as written in the Bryan County code of ordinances. The department works closely with other departments within the County to ensure a high standard of development.

We are a public planning organization that puts customers first, values partnerships, and strives to shape Bryan County as a premier community by supporting the County's citizens, elected officials, and Planning Commission, including assisting them with development decisions, issues, and priorities.
