An Impact Fee Advisory Committee has been formed to begin the process of evaluating  a possible transportation Impact Fee for the northern portion of Bryan County.  The Impact Fee Advisory Committee will provide a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners, who will take the recommendation under advisement before making a final decision.  Anticipated completion date of the Impact Fee Study is mid-fall 2024, with a recommendation from the Impact Fee Advisory Committee late fall/early winter 2024.
