Payments Onsite

Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, a Company or Personal Check, Money Order or Certified Funds made payable to: Bryan County Tax Commissioner. Checks must have name, local address, and bank account number pre-printed on the check. Please record both your phone number and Driver's License number on the face of the check.

We cannot accept out of state or third party checks.

There is a 2.5% (minimum $2.00) convenience fee on total amount of Credit/Debit Card transactions. (American Express is a 3% convenience fee.)  Convenience fees are charged by Government Window, not by Bryan County.

Payments Online

Before proceeding to online payments, please read the following.

  2. The online payment system does not accept partial payments at this time. Full payment will have to be made when using this system, even if there are multiple years due.
  3. Be sure to print out all receipts and confirmation numbers for your records when payment is complete.

NOTE: If you have an escrow account with your mortgage, contact them first to avoid making a duplicate payment.

For NEW CONSTRUCTION

Fire fees must be paid at the Tax Commissioner's office.  No online payments are available for fire fees as new bills must be created and recorded the same day.
