2024 Meter Fee Schedule

Water and Sewer Connection Fees are charged at the time of building permit issuance.  For Non-Residential projects, the connection fees are based on Equivalent Residential Units (ERUs) with one ERU equaling 300 gpd.  All non-residential building permits (new and additions) must include a water and sewer demand analysis and requested meter size with the building permit application.  The County will determine the water and sewer connection fee and approve the requested meter size.  Both fees must be paid prior to the building permit being issued.
